Terms of Service
By accessing the DevLinka platform you agree to these terms. They cover acceptable use, payment, confidentiality, IP ownership, and termination. The full Master Services Agreement governs commercial engagements; these terms govern platform access only.
1. Use of the platform
You may use the platform for lawful business purposes. You may not reverse-engineer services, abuse the matching engine, or access accounts you are not authorized to access.
2. Payment
Engagement-specific fees are governed by the order form or MSA. Platform usage outside an active engagement is provided as-is.
3. Intellectual property
Work product produced by engineers under a DevLinka engagement is owned by the client per the MSA. The DevLinka platform itself remains DevLinka's property.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate platform access for material breach. Engagement termination follows the terms in the MSA.
